Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and kclub8 ("Platform", "we", "our"). This document governs your access to and use of the kclub8 website, including all services, games, promotions and other features offered on it.

These Terms apply together with the kclub8 Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines or rules we may publish from time to time. In the event of a conflict, the provisions in these Terms shall apply.

• The name registered must match the name on your official identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• An active email address and mobile phone number are required for verification and communication purposes.
• You are responsible for keeping your account information current at all times. Contact support if there are any changes to your personal information.
• kclub8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time before processing withdrawals or as part of security review procedures.

Your account password is confidential and must not be shared with any party. kclub8 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. Do not give your password to anyone claiming to be a kclub8 representative.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

kclub8 supports a range of payment methods suited to Malaysian users:

The minimum amount for each deposit and withdrawal is RM50. Withdrawals are usually processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Processing times may vary depending on the method selected and external factors such as financial institution handling times.

All deposited funds must be used for betting purposes only. Any attempt to use this platform as a money transfer instrument or for activities related to money laundering is prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

• The welcome bonus is limited to the first deposit only and capped at RM300.
• The wagering requirement that must be met is 15 times the bonus amount before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be used for betting first.
• kclub8 reserves the right to withdraw bonuses or void winnings obtained through suspicious means or in breach of promotion terms.
• Any attempt to exploit the bonus system is considered a violation of these Terms.

Game and Betting Rules

The kclub8 platform offers a range of online gambling products including slots, live casino, sportsbook and sports betting. Each game category has its own rules displayed within the platform.

• All game results generated by the kclub8 system are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear documented evidence of a technical error.
• In the event of a confirmed technical error, kclub8 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the original stake to the user's account.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the user.
• Odds and payout rates in the sportsbook section may change according to market conditions before a match begins. Accepted bets will use the odds at the time the bet was accepted.
• The cancellation of any sporting event on which a bet was placed will be processed in accordance with the kclub8 sports rules in force.

The use of any automated software, bots, scripts or other unfair methods to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Prohibited User Conduct

kclub8 users agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using this platform:

• Registering using false information or another person's identity without authorisation.
• Using another person's account or allowing another person to use your account.
• Carrying out any action intended to manipulate or defraud the payment or game systems.
• Distributing malware or malicious code that could affect the kclub8 infrastructure.
• Using the platform for any activity that contravenes local or international laws.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing any other user or kclub8 support staff.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or using reverse engineering techniques on kclub8 software.

Account Closure and Suspension

Users may close their kclub8 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Before closure, ensure that all pending withdrawals have been processed and there are no active wagering requirements.

kclub8 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account for the following reasons without any obligation to provide prior notice:

• Failed identity verification or inconsistent information.
• Violation of any provision in these Terms.
• Prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement.
• Suspicious activity related to money laundering or terrorism financing.

In the event of closure due to a violation, kclub8 reserves the right to hold the account balance until the investigation is complete. If no violation is confirmed, the balance will be returned within a reasonable period.

Liability Limits and Disclaimer

The kclub8 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make every effort to keep the platform running without interruption, but do not guarantee that the service will always be free from technical errors, disruptions or defects.

• kclub8 is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses experienced by users as a result of service disruptions, technical errors or loss of internet connection.
• Users acknowledge that gambling carries the risk of monetary loss and kclub8 is not responsible for losses resulting from betting.
• kclub8 is not responsible for any losses arising from the use of inaccurate information provided by the user.
• kclub8's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

kclub8 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments will take effect immediately upon being posted on this website.

It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure they remain aware of any changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent amendment.

Continued use of the kclub8 platform after any amendment is considered acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, please stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kclub8 is registered and holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation between the parties involved.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, the parties agree to refer the dispute to arbitration in accordance with mutually agreed international arbitration rules.
